How can I prevent my ice machine from creating mold and mildew that may get into the ice?

In order to begin service with us, you will need to provide your first month's rent plus your last three month's rent as a security deposit (4 months' rent in total). This small investment makes renting an ice machine affordable to new operations.
   
Is there a Contract to sign? How long is the term?
Typically, we offer our Ice Machines for 60 month terms. Your rental agreement includes all scheduled maintenance and repairs for the length of the agreement.
   
How much does it cost to rent an Ice Machine?
The rental fee is determined by the size and type of machine you require. Please contact us for a free site survey with no obligation whatsoever. We will be happy to suggest the correct size and type of machine for your needs.
   
Who is responsible for maintenance and repair expenses for my Ice Machine?
MIMCO is responsible for all maintenance and repair costs. This is included in your monthly rental fee. With MIMCO there are no hidden costs or fees associated with your rental.
   
If the need for service were to arise, who do I call? How long will it take them to respond?
In the unlikely event that one of your Ice Machines were to malfunction, simply call or email our support department to schedule a service call. Our support is backed by our 24hr Service Guarantee. If we fail to respond to your call within 24 hours of your phone call or email we will credit you the value of the lost ice up to the amount of monthly rental fee.
   
Do you service other Ice Machines not manufactured by MIMCO?
